The interferometer delivers exceptional measurement accuracy with PV values below λ/20 and RMS repeatability within nanometers. It enables rapid, non-contact 3D topography analysis, significantly improving process control for high-difficulty optics used in semiconductor inspection, aerospace, and advanced research applications.
